This project involved the extension of a second storey into an existing balcony space to create a large main bedroom.
The existing ensuite and robe were then stripped out, remodelled and renovated to create a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The existing main bedroom was converted into a custom fitted dressing room.
The balcony and rear façade were also given a makeover to improve the external appeal of the home.
Once construction was complete, the owner then used her own interior design flair to decorate the home in a style which oozes Hollywood glamour.

This project involved the transformation of a dated 1980’s home into an attractive contemporary home.
A substantial second storey was added to include a Home Theatre, a Kitchenette, a Study and a large decked Balcony.
The exterior of the home was completely transformed by the addition of a new Porch, the replacement of windows, external rendering and the replacement of the front and garage door (not pictured).
This project won MBA and HIA awards for excellance in it’s price category.

This project in a leafy Subiaco avenue began with the conversion of an under-utilised formal dining into a staircase and void area which led to a new second storey.
The second storey addition accommodate three bedrooms, a bathroom and an activity room.
Feature awning and casement timber windows, ornate cornices and ceiling roses were incorporated throughout in keeping with the original home.
Careful attention to detail on the exterior, such as feature eaves and moldings provided a seamless addition that is respectful of the original character of the home.

This project involved the construction of a large Alfresco Area with raked, cedar lined ceiling, and feature pillars in keeping with the existing home.
Windows and doorways were adjusted to suit installation of new timber joinery including bi-fold doors, to complete the quality finish.
This project in Mount Hawthorn involved the renovation and extension of a small 1930’s bungalow into a spacious and contemporary home.
The project involved a ground floor home extension comprising of a open plan living, dining and alfresco area, as well as a new kitchen with butler’s pantry, and a new laundry.
The second storey addition accommodates a parent’s retreat which includes a main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe, as well as a sitting room.
