This project in Nedlands blends renovation, reconfiguration, and extension to transform a character house into a modern, spacious family home.
In a strategic reconfiguration of the original layout, the internal Kitchen was converted into a Scullery, making way for a large, state-of-the-art Chef’s Kitchen where the Family Room once stood. An existing Sunroom was replaced with a double brick extension, now housing a new Family Room designed around a striking fireplace with a curved feature surround.
Externally, the property was enhanced with the addition of a Veranda and a detached Alfresco Area, equipped with an outdoor Kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The comprehensive internal renovations and thoughtful extensions have successfully expanded and modernised the home while carefully preserving its inherent character charm.
