This beautifully considered renovation and extension has transformed an established Wembley character home into a spacious, contemporary family residence, thoughtfully balancing modern functionality with the charm of the original architecture.
Designed to accommodate the changing needs of a growing family, the project involved a double-brick extension providing two additional bedrooms, together with an extensive reconfiguration of the existing floor plan.
At the heart of the transformation is a completely redesigned kitchen, complemented by beautifully appointed bathrooms, a new ensuite, powder room, laundry and generous storage. A dedicated activity room provides a versatile space for family living, while new timber-framed stacking doors create a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor entertaining areas.
Careful attention was given to integrating the new construction with the existing home. Complementary brickwork, terracotta roof tiles and traditional timber joinery preserve its architectural character, while contemporary cabinetry, refined finishes and considered detailing introduce a fresh, sophisticated aesthetic.
