Works to this weatherboard beachside cottage included internal and external remodelling and renovation, as well as the addition of modern extension to the rear. The existing home was reconfigured to create an Ensuite off the Main Bedroom, a Powder Room, and a wider entry foyer. The existing Bathroom was also renovated. The contrasting modern extension to the rear of the home comprises of a Kitchen, Utility Room, Dining, and Living Room, as well as a Rumpus. An Alfresco Area was also added.
