This project involved the construction of a modern, double-brick extension to the rear of a Nedlands bungalow.
The extension comprised of a large open-plan living space including Kitchen, Pantry, Living, Dining and Activity rooms, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. An Alfresco Area and Veranda were also added.
Further works included the conversion of an existing Lounge to a Main Bedroom, and the original Kitchen was converted to a Walk in Robe and Ensuite. A minor bedroom was extended, and an existing Bathroom was removed to form an extended Entry passageway.
