This project started with the removal of a 3-year-old existing extension built by another Perth builder that was both out of scale and out of square. A new double-brick Addstyle extension was added which accommodates a large open-plan living space comprising of an expansive Kitchen and Scullery, Dining Room, Laundry, Alfresco Area and Patio, including a Double-Sided outdoor feature fireplace. A Sauna Room, Pool equipment house and Wine Store were also added, and a bedroom was extended. The result is a modern extension that matches the scale and detail of the original Nedlands cottage.
