This project involved a complete update and remodel to the front elevation of an outdated 1980’s dark brick home.
A feature Portico was constructed and new entry door with sidelight installed. Aggregate driveway and wide steps lead to the new entry.
Existing windows were replace and reconfigured.
The home was render on two elevations.
We were privileged to receive an award for this project, the Housing Excellence Awards.
