This project involved substantial works to existing ground floor as well as the addition of a large second storey addition.
The ground floor works began with the conversion of two minor bedrooms into a large Activity room. The existing Entry was also reconfigured to allow for the new staircase with large landing and a new bedroom.
The upper floor extension accommodates two new Bedrooms, a Study, a Bathroom and a Sitting area.
The front elevation was a major factor in the design development of this project with symmetry as well as functionality carefully balanced. New gambrel ends to the existing lower level and the use of weatherboard and new texture acrylic coating, softens the elevation.
A freestanding Double Carport completes the project.
