WINNER - 2009 MBA Housing Excellence Awards: Over $500,000 category

This project involved the addition of a substantial second storey including a large Main Bedroom with Walk-In-Robe and a luxury Ensuite with double vanity and separate WC.

The addition also included a Home Theatre with coffered ceiling, a large Games Room with full sized bar and fireplace, a Library and a Balcony with timber decking and a cedar lined ceiling.

This project won a Master Builders Association award for excellance in it's price category as well as a coveted MBA Overall Best Alteration and Addition of the Year in 2009.
