This project involved the addition of a substantial second storey as well as the restoration of a circa 1920 Federation home.

Restoration included extensive tuck-pointing and the replacement of surrounding verandahs.

The new second story provided the owners with a large parents retreat, comprising of a Main Bedroom with Walk-through Robe and ensuite; a Study, a Lounge and a large-span balcony.
