The owners of this Floreat property wanted a larger, contemporary space for their growing family whilst retaining the character of the original home, the first built on its street.

The renovation included the addition of a luxurious new Kitchen, a Dining Area and a Living Room from which a span of commercial grade bi-fold doors open onto a new decked Alfresco Area.

A new Children’s wing was also added with large Bathroom, separate WC and an Activity Room.

The renovation also included a new Main Bathroom, a Powder Room and a new Laundry.

This project won a 2011 Housing Industry Association award for excellance in it's price category.
