This project in Dianella involved a number of internal renovations for assisted mobility, including forming consistent floor levels, installation of hand rails and balustrading, as well as general renovation to the floors, lifting of ceiling heights and removal of asbestos linings.

However it is the external renovation that gives this home a fabulous new street appeal. The renovation involved the addition a new Carport, Veradah and Entry and the aluminium joinery was replaced. The elevation was further enhanced by the erection of new retaining walls and a full roof replacement.
